Costs: 10% per confirmed booking
Slovenia Stays charges 10% of the total booking amount for confirmed bookings. No booking means no commission.

What we need to publish your home
This is the practical checklist. You can start even if some details still need to be checked.
- Home name, address or clear location
- Maximum guests, bedrooms, bathrooms and bed setup
- At least 8 good photos, or a link to an existing rental page
- Prices per night, week or season, plus minimum stay
- Cleaning costs, tourist tax and other extra costs
- Calendar link, blocked dates or current reservation process
- Amenities such as terrace, sauna, jacuzzi, parking, Wi-Fi, pets or EV charging
- House rules, check-in/check-out times and arrival instructions
- Cancellation and payment preferences

Do I need an existing booking system?
No. If Slovenia Stays is your only booking route, no external connection is needed. If you also use another booking system, a calendar or system connection is required so availability stays reliable.
Can I approve reservations myself?
Yes. The current flow supports owner confirmation, so a booking can be checked before it is finalized.
